MEET Chris Blunt

Blunt Security provides Straight talking Cyber Security advice to I.T. Companies and their Customers.

Chris is a ‘lifer’ in the IT industry. He started his own MSP in 2006, 16 years later, in February 2022 he successfully sold it and bought himself an Aston Martin DB11 V12.

His day to day role now see’s him providing Cybersecurity consultancy, auditing and training via Blunt Security to MSPs and their Customers. He’s one of the most highly qualified cybersecurity professionals in the UK that’s dedicated to helping Small Businesses. He’s a licensed Cyber Security Assessor for Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus and Cyber Assure and holds both the CISSP and CSTM qualifications.

Chris is highly passionate about helping organisations improve their Cybersecurity and play an active part in helping advance the industry and has presented to audiences of 5 to 500 people.

Outside of the Cybersecurity world he play’s Tennis to a competent competitive club standard, attempts to play golf to an acceptable standard, loves walking & Running with his Border Collie and when the weathers nice, driving his Aston Martin.
